Getting Started.
FxBoom Fund Management will direct you
to open an account with a specific Forex broker. FxBoom works with the
world's top Forex brokers. This will be your live trading account that
you'll open directly via the link provided on our website. The accounts are classified as LPOA or Limited
Power of Attorney Accounts. This means that FxBoom can only trade your
accounts. The only person who can withdraw funds from your accounts is you
the client . This is a very important feature: you deal directly with the
broker.
Below are the steps to getting started:
Step i: Register a live trading account with InstaForex via our
link in order to have us manage your account.
Step ii: After getting the trading account, authorize in the client
cabinet and click on the item "PAMM system" of left menu in the client
cabinet. Then choose PAMM-Investor and submit your personal information.
Step iii: Notify us of your account details at
invest@fxboom.com
and we'll send you our PAMM account details to which your account would be
linked for us to manage.

Fees and Related Costs
$5,000.00 - $24,999.00 = 25% Performance Fee, 2% Per Annum
Management.

High Watermark Policy
Performance fees are based on a new high watermark for any month that is
charged.
For example, a client may deposit $50,000 and the profit commission is
25%. At the end of the first month the account balance is $52,000. First
months profit for FxBoom is $500.00 (25% of $2000=$500). $50,000 is the high
watermark. $500 is debited from the clients account in favor of FxBoom. The
next month the beginning balance becomes $51,500 and this becomes the new
high watermark. At the end of the second month the ending balance on the
account is $49,000. No performance fee is debited from the account as the
high watermark remains $51,500. This example is assuming that the client
made no new deposits which would increase the high watermark or any
withdrawals which would lower the high watermark.
The broker where the account is traded is compensated on each trade
through the spread between the bid/ask prices.
